Following its meetings on December 19, 2024 and January 30, 2025, the Association's Board of Directors has set the agenda for the 2025 Extraordinary General Meeting.

Members (graduates joining in 2025 and/or 2024), honorary members and junior members (students joining for the 2024/2025 academic year) are invited to attend the2025 Annual General Meeting to be held on Saturday May 17, 2025 at 3pm. This General Meeting will be of an extraordinary nature, as a resolution to amend the Association's Articles of Association will be put to the vote.

The college of active members and honorary members is made up of 2024 members and 2025 members whose membership was received no later than midnight on April 13, 2025. Junior members are 2024/2025 members whose membership was received no later than midnight on April 13, 2025.

Applications for board positions should be sent to secretariat@ingenieurs-ensea.fr by Sunday April 27.

Voting for the election of new directors will take place online via each member's personal space. Voting will be open from Wednesday April 30 to midnight on Friday May 16. The elected directors (engineers and students) will be announced at the Extraordinary General Meeting on Saturday May 17.

Voting on the resolutions will also take place online via each member's personal space, after the presentation of the resolutions. Voting will be open from the close of the Annual General Meeting on Saturday May 17 until 8pm on Wednesday May 28.

Resolution 1 : Discharge of the Board of Directors for its moral management of the Association in 2024.

• Resolution 2: Discharge of the Board of Directors for the 2024 accounts and the management of the Association.
• Resolution 3: Membership fees for calendar year 2026.
• Resolution 4: Election of new directors from the engineering members, following the renewal (by thirds) of the Board of Directors (5 seats to be filled).
• Resolution 5: Election of new directors from junior members (2 seats to be filled).
• Resolution 6: Proposed amendment to the articles of association and by-laws.

The presentation of the moral and financial report will take place on Saturday May 17, 2025 at 3pm in the Watteau amphitheatre at ENSEA, with a simultaneous online presentation. Registration below.

College of engineers

One-third of the engineering directors on the Board of Directors are renewed every year. In 2025, the terms of office of the following directors will expire:

• Guillaume Menou (17)
• Jordan Michalet (14)
• Hugues Zemi (21)

Stéphane Dufossé (92) has resigned from his current position for personal reasons.

Four three-year engineering member mandates and one one-year engineering member mandate are therefore up for election.

Student College

In addition to the expiring engineering mandates, the two one-year junior member seats are up for renewal.

Following the election of the new directors, the Board of Directors will meet on Monday June 2 to elect the officers of the 2025/2026 Association.
